There is a common mus-cular investiture of the cervical canals which are, however, perfectly distinctand separated by a fibrous septum. Fig. 114 shows a lesser degree of malformation in another case, also apatient of Dr. Rusks, with carcinoma of both ovaries. The fundus shows acharacteristic depression, and the strong fleshy septum is seen extending downto the region of the internal os. An examination of the cervix and vaginarevealed no abnormality.
