Ռազմիկ Փանոսեան, (անգլերէն՝ Razmik Panossian, ծնած է 2 Փետրուար, 1964[1], Պէյրութ) Քանատահայ քաղաքագէտ եւ պատմաբան։

Կենսագրութիւն Խմբագրել

Փանոսեան ծնած է Պէյրութ, Լիբանան եւ հասակ առած Քանատա, «մաս կազմելով հայ գաղութին»:[2] Ան գիտէ անգլերէն, ֆրանսերէն եւ հայերէն:[3] Ան ստացած է իր Դոկտորի վկայականը Լոնտոնի Տնտեսագիտութեան Դպրոցէն (անգլ.՝ London School of Economics կամ LSE)[4] 2002 թուականին: Իր թեզը վերնագրուած էր «The evolution of multilocal national identity and the contemporary politics of nationalism: Armenia and its diaspora»:[5]

Փանոսեան եղած է Մարդու իրաւունքներու եւ ժողովրդավարութեան զարգացման միջազգային կեդրոնի տնօրէն եւ ծառայած է որպէս միջազգային խորհրդատու, այդ թուականին Միացեալ Ազգերու Կազմակերպութեան Զարգացման Ծրագիրին[6]։ Ան դասաւանդած է Լոնտոնի տնտեսագիտութեան դպրոցին մէջ եւ Լոնտոնի արեւելեան եւ ափրիկեան հետազօտութիւններու համալսարանին մէջ։ 2013-էն ի վեր ան Գալուստ Կիւլպէնկեան Հիմնադրամի Հայ Համայնքներու Բաժանմունքի տնօրէնն է[6][7]։ Ներկայիս անոր գրասենեակը Փորթուկալի մայրաքաղաք՝ Լիզպոնի մէջ է[6]։

Ռազմիկ Փանոսեան 2006 թուականին Քըլամպիա Համալսարանի հրատարակած The Armenians: From Kings and Priests to Merchants and Commissars (ISBN 9780231139267) աշխատութեան հեղինակն է։
